I admit, I had to look up the term "diegetic". What a great word to use for this supplement! A great idea to have the players generating their own encounters or for running solo. And the PMAD: Brilliant!
Thanks Woodchuck, I'm very proud of the PMAD. Some say it resembles a D10 but frankly, I don't see it ;-)
